We Work Hard, So We Can Play Hard

xTcR Servers was created by Kuro, leader of xTc Revival along with a few choice members of this multi-game online community.  The need for better, more affordable servers for our own needs as well as those of clans and members of our gaming community drove us to begin our own game server hosting company.  We decided we were just flat out tired of paying ridiculously high per-slot prices, restricting us to only the lowest speed servers and decided we wanted to make sure that nobody had to deal with the issues we had faced anymore.

Changing the Game Server World

xTcR Servers was built on the philosophy that gaming should be about just that, gaming, and not spending.  The majority of our success over the last 4 years has been based on this idea, and striving to provide the lowest cost/highest quality game servers we could.  Our constant struggle to keep our gaming community alive had us focused more on paying a bill every month rather than playing a game everyday.  We noticed that a lot of our friends were having the same issues, and decided it was time to make a change.

With that, in early 2009 xTcRServers.net was born.  We hosted a large variety of gaming servers, and dropped our prices so far below the big players in game server hosting that there would be no way that anyway would ever say no.  We decided that we would rather sell 100 game servers and make less per server, than sell 10 game servers and make more per server, this in the end created a benefit for both our organization and those who were hosting with us in the initial years.

Premium Hardware Introduced

While our success didn't create internet billionaires overnight, it did allow us to upgrade our hardware.  In late 2009 and 2010 our hardware was constantly changing, as we hosted more and more gaming communities, we began upgrading our hardware to reflect the quality of the big name game server hosting companies, ensuring that regardless of how good our deal looked on the outside, once you were inside you were not disappointed.

A Support Staff of Gamers
